Issue
In some installations under Windows 11, the product displays an Access Violation Messages when:
•Loading designs with linked images
•Inserting linked images
How to proceed
1.Download the service pack from https://www.designsxs.com/Downloads/ServicePacks/ServicePack-211001.exe
2.Run the file in the computer where you have installed the product and follow the on screen instructions
Important Notes:
The service pack applies only to products version 20.14. The installation wizard will not proceed if a different version is installed.
Applies to all licensing modes: Perpetual (dongle and KeyLess) and Subscriptions
Applies to all product lines: Embroidery Office, Stitch Era and Hotfix Era
